Our team provides a complete range of septic services for both residential and commercial properties. From routine septic tank pumping and inspections to drain field repairs and new system installations, we’re ready to tackle it all from start to finish. We can also offer land clearing and excavation services.
What is your service area?
Although we’re based in Tampa, we serve several cities in the surrounding area, including Brandon, Brooksville, Clearwater, Dade City, Lake Wales, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Odessa, Ocala, Orlando, Plant City, Ridge Manor, Saint Petersburg, Spring Hill, Thonotosassa, Wesley Chapel, and Zephyrhills.
Do you offer any financing options?
Yes. We understand that new installations and major septic repairs can be costly, so we offer financing options to make these crucial services more accessible to our customers.
Why should I choose your company over another septic contractor?
Our locally owned and operated business is built on quality workmanship, honesty, and integrity. We manage every step of each project, whether we’re designing and installing a new septic system or pumping out a septic tank. We’re also fully licensed and insured to give our clients complete peace of mind when we’re working on their properties.
Will you handle the permitting process for new installations?
Yes. We know that completing the proper paperwork and getting it approved can be a major hurdle, so we manage this process for you. We’ll coordinate with the appropriate agencies to ensure your new system will be efficient and fully compliant.
How often should I schedule septic tank pumping services?
For most residential systems, we recommend pumping the tank every 3 to 5 years. However, the right timeline can vary depending on the size of your household and your water usage. If you’re not sure how long it has been since your tank has been cleaned out, we encourage you to give us a call.
What are some signs that my septic tank is full or needs repairs?
If you notice slow drains throughout your home, hear gurgling noises in the pipes, smell foul odors in your yard, or see unusually lush patches of green grass near your drain field, these could all indicate a full tank or a serious issue with your system. It’s important to schedule prompt service to prevent environmental contamination, health risks, and further damage to your septic system.
What happens during a septic inspection?
During a professional septic inspection, we will thoroughly examine each component of your septic system, including the tank and drain field. Our detail-oriented professionals will check for leaks, clogs, and signs of damage, take note of our findings, and then give you a full report with our recommendations.
Can you repair a septic system if it’s backing up?
Yes, our team offers thorough troubleshooting and repair services to find the root cause of your system backup. Whether it’s a simple clog or a failing pump, we will promptly identify the issue and develop a tailored solution to restore the functionality of your system.
What factors can determine the cost of a septic installation project?
The price can vary depending on the soil type, the slope of your property, and the size of the system. After our team completes a site evaluation, we will be able to give you an accurate estimate based on our findings.
What is a site evaluation and why is it necessary?
A site evaluation allows us to determine the ideal location and type of system for your property. We’ll look at the land’s topography, the soil composition, and the surrounding area to develop a tailored design that will work effectively for your property’s unique needs.
What are some signs that a drain field needs to be replaced?
If your drain field is constantly flooding, causing frequent backups, or if the soil is no longer filtering effluent properly, replacing it is typically the best option. Attempting to repair a failing drain field can often be more costly than simply starting fresh with a new drain field.
How long does the septic installation process typically take?
Installing the main components will usually only take a few days, but designing the system, acquiring the right permits, and completing inspections and site evaluations can take several weeks. We will keep you updated throughout each phase and strive to keep the project on track.
What is an ATU septic system?
ATU (Aerobic Treatment Unit) systems introduce oxygen into the tank to support aerobic bacteria rather than anaerobic bacteria. This results in cleaner effluent, making ATU systems great options for environmentally fragile areas or sites with poor soil.
Do ATU systems require special maintenance?
Since ATU systems feature more moving parts, such as aerators and alarms, the Department of Health requires scheduled maintenance. For residential ATU systems, maintenance is performed as part of your contract every 6 months. Commercial ATU system maintenance is scheduled every 3 months. Our team offers specialized ATU maintenance service agreements to keep your system up to date with compliance paperwork, and your appointments on schedule.
What is the purpose of a septic alarm?
A septic alarm will alert you if the water level in the tank gets too high or if there is a pump failure. If your alarm goes off, that’s your sign to immediately reduce water usage and contact a professional.
